We distribute flyers, posters, digital flyers, and graphics for promotion. Parents are required to register online for individual photo sessions for their child. Packages can be selected after viewing the photos - options range from single photos to the entire collection.

On the allocated Photo Day/s, parents can choose their preferred time slot at childcare centers, or we schedule days for Kindergarten groups.

Once the photo galleries are ready, parents who registered will receive an email/SMS notification within 7-10 working days.

Following a 10-day ordering period, photo packages will be delivered 2-3 weeks later.

Photo Session Schedule:

Individual portrait and play photos for all registered children will commence at 9.00 am, with flexibility.

A selection of 10-15 different images will be taken for each registered child.

Group photo session is set for 10.30 am, just before morning tea.

Following the group photo, staff photos will be taken.

The session will conclude after staff photos are completed.

Photography Schedule commences at 8.30 am with the youngest group and progress towards the older groups. Individual photos will only be taken for children registered for the session. Typically, photography sessions conclude just before lunch and nap time. Each day, we distribute a photography list to each room specifying the approximate time we will be available for photos.

Complimentary staff headshot photos in digital format and as 5 x 7-inch professional quality prints.

A copy of the class photo for each room.

Kindergartens Offer:

Recommend our services to a Kindergarten Centre. If they book with us that year, your centre will receive a 1-hour photography service for any organised events with included digital images for your centre's social media/website marketing purposes.

Upon registration, families are required to pay a $20 deposit for their child's photos. After viewing the photo gallery, families can choose a photo package and will receive a $20 credit towards their spend. Our competitive pricing allows families the luxury of selecting from various image options instead of just one preselected photo. DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE ? Yes. We have public liability insurance. Proof of insurance coverage available on request.

DO YOU HAVE A WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK ? YES, Carolina and her team all have a Working With Children Check.

We offer staff a $35 credit - enough to purchase Package 1 or they can choose to put it towards a different package.
